By booking a shipment or using the services of Trisha Express Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
We act as a logistics aggregator, coordinating pickup, transit, and delivery of parcels and cargo through our network of courier partners across domestic and international routes.
Our liability for loss or damage is limited to the declared value of the shipment, subject to verification and our Refund Policy.
Delivery timelines are estimates based on service type and destination and are not guaranteed, though we maintain a 98.2% on-time delivery record.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with disputes subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.
How we collect, use, and protect your information.
We collect information you provide when booking shipments or contacting us — name, phone number, email, address, and shipment details.
We share necessary shipment details with our courier partners solely for the purpose of fulfilling delivery. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
We use industry-standard encryption and access controls to protect your information on our systems and dashboards.

Our approach to claims, cancellations, and refunds.
Shipments can be cancelled free of charge before pickup. Once a parcel has been picked up, cancellation charges may apply.
Claims must be raised within 7 days of the expected delivery date, along with the AWB number and supporting documentation. Approved claims are reimbursed up to the declared value.
Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original mode of payment.
Charges for completed and successfully delivered shipments, as well as customs duties on international shipments, are non-refundable.
